「It is 〇〇 to ～」と「It is 〇〇 that ～」の違い、説明できますか？

英語を話すとき、よく使われる「It is ～」構文。
中でも、「It is 〇〇 to ～」と「It is 〇〇 that ～」は、一見似ているけれど、実は意味や使い方に明確な違いがあります。
■ 不定詞（to～）を使うパターン：仮定・これからのこと

It is fun to try a new game.
-
It is dangerous to walk in this park at night.
これらは「まだ起きていないこと」や「仮定の話」をしているときに使います。
未来のこと、想像上の状況への感情や判断を表現しているんですね。
■ that構文を使うパターン：事実・現実

It is clear that he did his homework.
-
It is true that they are friends.
これらは「すでに起こったこと」や「現在の事実」について述べるときに使われます。
■ 使い分けのヒントは「形容詞」

fun / dangerous / important → to不定詞

clear / true / obvious → that構文
形容詞が「感情」や「主観」ならto不定詞、
「事実」や「確認情報」ならthat構文、と覚えておくと便利です。
